The Marine personnel, Officers graduate from the higher and secondary marine institutes of Ukraine and pass the trainings/practice and get the first seagoing experience in Ukrainian and international navigational companies. The Ratings train according to the latest demands of STCW in Marine Training Centres located in Odessa, Kyiv, Nykolayev, Kherson and Mariupol. All the higher educational establishments and training centres have been accredited and certificated in the international marine institutes and societies such as IASST, DNV, BVQI, Russian Registry etc. The Ukrainian diplomas and Certificates are listed in the “White list of certificates” and are approved by many Marine authorities all around the world.
